Food Additives: 

Recently, Lallemand and DSM Firmenich announced a collaboration to launch synergistic synbiotic solutions to support early life nutrition.

These solutions will combine DSM Firmenich's human milk oligosaccharides (HMO) and Lallemand's probiotics to make the composition of infant formula closer to breast milk,
thereby supporting non-breastfed infants to establish a microbiome  similar to that of breastfed infants, as well as immunity, intestinal microbiome and development levels.
