It is understood that COFCO Technology plans to invest in the expansion of the 150,000 tons/year starch sugar project of COFCO Biochemical (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 185 million yuan, in order to improve the industrial layout of starch sugar business. The project will specifically include a 480 tons/day fructose-glucose syrup production and processing line, starch receiving and pretreatment facilities, as well as the expansion and renovation of supporting facilities such as the feeding system, circulating water system, and sewage treatment system.
